Avid fisherman and South Florida resident Frank Higginbotham claims to have never won anything before this, so we were more than happy to help change his luck.

As the winner of the Engel 65 high-performance cooler with custom Bullsugar.org pad, we asked Frank to tell us what clean water meant to him. His answer couldn’t be stronger:

Clean water is vital to the health of those that live, work, or play in and around it. As a long time fisherman in Stuart’s Indian River I look forward to the day that organizations such as Bullsugar are able to change the selfish forces that have captured the South Florida Water Management District and return the healthy enjoyment and good fishing in the Indian River Lagoon and Caloosahatchee estuaries along with the Everglades National Park to a state where the people of South Florida can enjoy what we had in years past.

Clean water advocates and dedicated Bullsugar supporters like Frank will be the reason that we all succeed in fulfilling a clean water legacy for all future generations. We hope that cooler accompanies many successful fishing trips in your future, Frank!
